Job summary

Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon is seeking a part-time Computer Support Technician, a role limited to current Pacific University students. Computer Support Technician provides first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff. This position involves troubleshooting common account issues, computer hardware and software issues, providing technical guidance, and assisting users with technology-related questions. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
