Minimum Qualifications

(Job Code T9502) Currently enrolled Gwinnett Technical College student who is in good academic standing and eligible for funds through the Federal Work Study Program for the current semester. Candidates must be available approximately 19 hours per week.

Job Description Summary

Under close supervision, provides clerical support and office assistance to the Human Resources Department. Job duties include but are not limited to operating office equipment, front office receptionist, filing and general office/clerical work. direction of assigned supervisor, provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.

Make copies of materials as needed. Assist department personnel as needed.
