Employment Terms: This job is a full-time, benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the Technology & Operations that reports to the Coordinator - Operations at the Lawrenceville location.

Scheduled Hours: Monday -Friday – 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Description Summary: Under general supervision, maintains proper care of Gwinnett Technical College facilities by maintaining a clean and sanitized environment. Cleans and maintain floors, surfaces, restrooms, and other spaces as assigned. Ensure restrooms and other facilities are properly stocked with appropriate products. If offered a position, employees in this department must complete the Hazardous Materials Training as well as the Bloodborne & Airborne Pathogen training annually. Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior. Demonstrates eagerness to learn and assume responsibility; seeks out and accepts increased responsibility; displays a "can do" approach to work. Shows persistence and seeks alternatives when obstacles arise; seeks alternative solutions; does things before being asked or forced to by events.   • Performs other duties as assigned in the fulfillment of the needs, philosophy, and purpose of Gwinnett Technical College. (20%)
