Job summary

Citi in Pune, India is seeking an experienced Futures Transactions Operations Manager to oversee processing of futures transactions and coordinate with the Operations - Transaction Services team. You will ensure accurate clearance, settlement and investigation of client trades, and support ongoing platform enhancements.

The role demands 2–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, strong analytical skills, and clear verbal and written communication to guide

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process futures transactions and provide input for traders.
• Assist in settlement and investigation of client trades.
• Support ongoing projects and platform enhancements.
• Identify policy gaps and propose new policies to streamline trade flows.
• Monitor errors and mitigate risk; escalate as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
