Futu US Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Futures Operations Manager to lead daily post-trade processing for futures and derivatives and ensure accurate settlements and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, derivatives, settlement, or back-office operations.
• Knowledge of retail brokerage operations, trade lifecycle, and US futures markets.
• Experience with broker-dealer regulatory requirements (FINRA/SEC/CFTC/NFA).
• Experience with reconciliation tools and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily post-trade processing for futures and derivatives, including allocations, confirmations, expirations, settlements, and exceptions.
• Manage daily trade, position, cash, fee, and account reconciliations across systems and partners.
• Support the operational lifecycle for retail customer accounts and address inquiries and service issues.
• Partner with Product, Trading, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Technology to operationalize new products and launches.
• Ensure regulatory and exchange requirements are met, including documentation and reporting.
• Establish daily controls, escalation procedures, and documentation to ensure accurate processing.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable procedures and SLAs.
• Serve as a key operational contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Create, maintain and update supervisory procedures and training materials.
