Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets Operations team is seeking a Project Manager to drive regulatory, operational, technology, and business-change initiatives across a global network. You will develop plans, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure successful implementation and transition to BAU.

Based in the US, you will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Front Office teams to deliver controlled, auditable programs, strengthen governance, and advance regulatory readiness and

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business change, regulatory implementation, or operations delivery within financial services.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, governance frameworks, and audit-ready documentation.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for management reporting and governance materials.
• Experience identifying, managing, and escalating risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints with timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of regulatory, operational, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
