Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in futures and options operations within a U.S. FCM or global firm.
• Strong understanding of futures, options, execution, and brokerage operations.
• Experience identifying control gaps and implementing process improvements in regulated finance.
• Ability to collaborate with front office, middle office, back office, technology, compliance and legal teams.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational controls related to brokerage revenue streams and agency payments.
• Partner with front office, clearing, operations, technology, compliance and legal to ensure efficient processes.
• Review workflows, identify control gaps, and drive initiatives to strengthen the brokerage operating model.
• Support FIA Docs documentation and related accounts payable activities.
