Job summary

Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets Operations team seeks an Associate/Vice President, Brokerage to strengthen operational controls across futures and options revenue and expenses. You will partner with front, middle and back offices, technology, compliance and legal to drive improvements and scalable processes in a global environment.

You will also support FIA Docs documentation workflows and related accounts payable activities, contributing to robust controls and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within a U.S. FCM or comparable global organization in futures and options operations, middle office, market operations, or brokerage support functions.
• Strong understanding of futures and options products, execution services, brokerage operations, and the full trade lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience identifying control gaps, improving operational processes, and implementing efficiencies within a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to effectively partner with front office, middle office, back office, technology, compliance, legal, and clearing teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key operational controls related to brokerage revenue streams and agency payment arrangements.
• Review workflows, identify opportunities to strengthen controls and mitigate risk.
• Drive initiatives to improve the overall brokerage operating model and scalability.
• Support documentation processes through FIA Docs platform and assist with accounts payable activities.
