Macquarie Group in North America is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to support accuracy of derivatives reporting and compliance across global markets. You will work with the North America regulatory reporting obligations under the CFTC/SEC and related frameworks, partnering with Legal, Compliance and Operations.

The role emphasizes delivering regulatory guidance, driving improvements in processes, and collaborating with global teams to manage regulatory risk and reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience interpreting and applying derivatives regulations in a banking or financial services setting.
• Ability to assess regulatory reporting across products and asset classes, with commodities or exchange-traded derivatives advantageous.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with global teams.
• Understanding of derivatives documentation and contract terms.
