Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Futures Business Solutions Analyst to support day-to-day operations of critical futures systems and processes, partnering with stakeholders to implement enhancements and reduce operational risk.

You will troubleshoot production issues, maintain data integrity, and contribute to control frameworks and regulatory reporting while working with Operations and Technology across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience supporting financial markets, futures, derivatives, trading operations, or middle/back-office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate production issues.
• Experience gathering requirements, UAT, and system implementation projects.
• Understanding of operational controls, reconciliations, risk mitigation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of critical futures systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to reconciliation and control frameworks and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technology to deliver scalable solutions.
