Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is looking for graduates to join its Digital Technology Leadership Program, a two‑year development path with three eight‑month rotations across the Digital organization. You will gain leadership, business, and technical skills while delivering impactful results and building a global network.

You should have a strong academic record, leadership potential, and be a 2026 or 2027 graduate ready to start in June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytics field and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA at least 3.0 and open to 2026/2027 graduates starting June 2027.
• Geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across Carrier’s Digital organization.
• Work with senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
• Define needs with stakeholders and deliver end-to-end projects and measurable results.
• Build solutions using data, enterprise systems, AI, and automation.
• Present outcomes to Carrier Digital leadership after each rotation.
