Job summary

Tetra Pak in the United States is seeking graduates for the Future Talent Programme – Service Delivery Track. This 24-month development path focuses on industrial maintenance, installation and commissioning of food processing equipment at customer sites, with hands-on rotations and on-site experience.

Qualifications

Graduation or expected graduation between 2025 and 2027.
Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and work authorization.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and reliability-focused maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation faults.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
Interpret electrical schematics.
Use PLC software for diagnostics and checks.
Apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Complete service documentation and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures (LOTO, site rules).
Collaborate with service engineers, technicians, and customer teams.
