Tetra Pak in Winsted, MN invites recent graduates to join the Future Talent Program – Technical Track, an 18-month development journey to deepen technical expertise and contribute to meaningful projects that support the future of food processing and packaging.

From day one, you'll have a personalized development plan, hands-on experience, collaborative projects, and formal training to build technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Bioproducts/Biosystems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related;
  • Passion for excellence;
  • Customer centricity;
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level;
  • Finished or will finish your studies between May 2025 and July 2027;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.

Responsibilities

  • Support projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
  • Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
  • Act with full responsibility for technical solution and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
  • Learning and applying technical knowledge on a local and international environment.

What you will do

As process engineers, we develop and deliver technical solutions to our customers as part of the pre-projects and projects team. This is an opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide industry-leading processing solutions. This opportunity offers unlimited career growth with an industry leader.

Your main activities will be:

Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the positionacross all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education ortraining.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits,and work-related allowances.

  • Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $60,600 USD – $77,800 USD.
  • Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
  • Benefits: 401k company match, paid time off, paid holidays, Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, Paid parental leave and much more!
