Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking a Supply Chain Development Program Associate I for a structured, two-location development track in Beech Island, SC and Neenah, WI. You will rotate through Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics, and Procurement with a focus on safety, quality and operational excellence.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field, a solid GPA, strong data analysis and communication skills, and be willing to relocate and travel up to 15%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to analyze and interpret data; demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability and desire to relocate within the organization; ability to travel up to 15%

Responsabilidades

• Three, 12-month rotations across key supply chain functions (Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution or Procurement)
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution and Procurement
• Develop leadership, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills through cross-functional projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
