Job summary

Synthomer plc is launching a two-year Leadership Development Program in the United States, designed to accelerate high-potential graduates into future leaders. Participants will rotate through three assignments across supply chain functions, performing data analysis, production planning, and logistics improvements while working closely with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or related field from an accredited university.
• Masters in the above and/or professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g. APICS CPIM, CSPC, CLTD, CTSC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Three rotational assignments aligned to current strategic initiatives within the business.
• Gain exposure to data analysis, inventory management, production planning and customer service across multiple locations.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver tangible improvements during the program.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or related field
