Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in the United States is launching the Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) Associate role. The 24-month program combines three 12-month rotations across Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics and Procurement, with leadership development and hands-on experience.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, a GPA around 3.0, willingness to relocate within the organization, and ability to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the organization and travel up to 15%.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution and Procurement.
• Develop leadership capabilities through cross-functional assignments and projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and insights.
