Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) Associate in Brecksville, OH. This three-year rotational program develops future Supply Chain leaders through challenging assignments across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and more.

You will analyze data, lead projects, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product Management to drive service, cost and inventory improvements while preparing for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 to May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; 3.5+ preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships or extracurriculars.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication.
• Ability to work across functions and build collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across integrated Supply Chain functions.
• Lead projects delivering measurable business impact.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and interpret analytical reports using SAP, Excel, Power BI.
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Product Mgmt.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain capabilities.
• Contribute to inventory optimization, network and capacity planning.
