Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of retail or managerial experience. The position emphasizes customer service, store cleanliness, and staff training, with full-time benefits including health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or managerial experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in operating a store focused on customer service.
• Interact and assist customers and associates throughout the store.
• Aid in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Perform daily walking tour of the store to ensure standards are met.
