In this role, you will participate in an 8-week leadership development program, designed to prepare you for a management position. The role involves customer service, store operations, and team supervision, requiring a willingness to travel and relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or managerial experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in operating the store and maximizing sales.
• Interact and provide prompt attention to customers.
• Aid in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Supervise store personnel and assist in hiring procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
