Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or managerial experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in maintaining and ensuring cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Produce timely results in areas not meeting company standards.
• Aid in maintaining all aspects of merchandising including endcaps, displays, signing, and cross merchandising.
• Provide training for associates as needed.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Excellent organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
