• At least 18 years old.

• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve results.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety and cash handling.
• Plan and conduct team meetings and training sessions.
