Job summary

CVS Health in Irving, TX is launching a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program designed to grow future CVS Store Managers through 16 weeks of self-paced and collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to develop leadership, merchandising, customer service and store operations skills, with 45 weekly hours and a clear promotion pathway based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team as a management member.
• Promote CVS values and policies while guiding colleagues.
• Engage with leadership to drive promotion pathway and growth.
• Be flexible to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
