Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager to lead a store team, execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, and drive profitability. You will coach staff, promote the loyalty program, and maintain a safe, well‑stocked store environment. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and advancement opportunities are emphasized.

The role emphasizes internal growth, strong customer service, and effective use of store-level P&L and reports to optimize performance. Immediate hiring is available.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use store reports to affect change.
• Must manage cash handling and fuel transactions while promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
