Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three to five years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• A passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.
• The ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold yourself and others accountable.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn every area of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance by directing store activities toward sales, profit, expenses, labor, and guest service goals.
• Develop strong teams by coaching department leaders and providing ongoing feedback and development.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, pricing, rotation, safety, and sanitation.
• Create a remarkable guest experience by modeling personalized service and a well‑organized store.
• Drive merchandising and promotions with visually engaging displays supporting revenue goals.
• Strengthen hiring, scheduling, retention, communication, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
