Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance by directing store activities toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals.
• Develop strong teams by coaching department leaders and providing ongoing feedback and development.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, pricing, rotation, and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience with personalized service and an organized, inviting store.
• Drive merchandising and promotions to support sales and gross profit goals.
• Build leadership capability through hiring, scheduling, retention, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
