Job summary

HighSpring India LLP seeks a senior, hands-on Target Operating Model lead to assess the current Operational Risk organization, design a future-state operating model, and develop a driver-based staffing estimate for a short-term engagement.

The consultant will independently lead stakeholder discussions, perform analysis, and deliver practical, defensible deliverables within ~1.5 months, working remotely across global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or operational risk.
5+ years designing Target Operating Models.
Experience with current state assessments and future state operating models.
5+ years org-design experience: structures, roles, spans of control, governance, capabilities.
5+ years workforce and capacity modelling, workload drivers, FTE estimation.

Responsibilities

Analyze current roles, staffing, layers, and spans of control in Operations risk functions.
Inventory responsibilities across first and second lines of defense within operations.
Interview leaders and staff to understand priorities and workload for informed patterns.
Define ownership, accountability, and escalation paths across Operations and Operational Risk.
Translate outcomes and capabilities into future-state org design requirements and workload drivers.
