You will partner with senior leadership to design strategic roadmaps, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver regulated transformation initiatives across global teams.

The role emphasizes stability, risk mitigation, and scalability, with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and measuring impact on service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive transformation and change leadership experience managing complex programs.
• Experience delivering productivity gains through automation and orchestration.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on global support experience and leadership in transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap to deliver the target operating model and growth for the client.
• Lead integration of client services onto standard Bank applications and ensure effective operating model design.
• Manage large-scale program and cross-functional partnerships across locations.
• Direct regular budget activities and monitor ROI and operating leverage.
• Actively promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals throughout the organization.
