Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Governance and Delivery Lead to architect the Target Operating Model and oversee enterprise data governance, quality, and reporting. You will partner with Business, Risk, Technology, and Regulatory teams to ensure scalable, compliant operational mappings and governance practices.

The role requires 4–7 years in regulatory/risk initiatives or operating model design, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale operational design and cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication to distill complex topics into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and operationalization of the Target Operating Model.
• Oversee data governance, quality, and reporting for regulatory submissions.
• Partner with Technology to embed requirements into tooling and data models.
• Drive training, change management, and adoption across regions.
