Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an entry-level Customer Experience & Sales Support professional at our Gladstone dealership. You will greet customers, assist with the purchasing process, and follow up on leads to drive engagement.

You’ll support daily dealership operations, maintain showroom presentation, and collaborate with sales and management teams to meet goals. A 18+ year-old with a valid license is required, with 1–3 years in customer-facing roles preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1 – 3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Progress through multi-phase learning certification of Level 1 and 2 with increasing responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years of age; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist in purchasing process with features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork including down payments, titles, and loan documents.
• Maintain inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve dealership goals.
