Job summary
nVent is launching the Supervision & Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) 2027, an 18-month immersive leadership track for early career professionals in supply chain roles. The program begins with a company-wide onboarding week in June 2027 and includes hands-on team leadership, mentorship, and real-world decision-making experiences.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; graduating December 2026–June 2027.
- Available to begin full-time employment in June 2027 and authorized to work in the United States.
- Geographic flexibility during and after the program; internship/work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Join a cohort of early career professionals in supply chain functions.
- Begin in June 2027 with onboarding and training; program designed for leadership development.
