Job summary

Apex Tool Group’s Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program is a 2-year, multi-rotational program launching in June 2027. Based in Apex, NC, participants rotate through four roles across locations, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training to prepare for leadership roles within ATG.

Benefiting from exposure to procurement, manufacturing, analytics, and planning, participants develop broad business acumen and strong collaboration skills while pursuing meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA at graduation.
• Willingness to be mobile during the program with in-person rotations.

Responsibilities

• Move through four roles in at least two locations over two years.
• Gain exposure to multiple supply chain and operations functions.
• Engage in mentorship, cross-functional projects, and leadership development activities.
