Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Abilene, TX seeks an ambitious Personal Training Director in Training to learn the full director role while continuing to service clients. You will support leadership, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and help deliver an outstanding member experience as you prepare for future director responsibilities.

This hourly, non-exempt position offers hands-on coaching and leadership coursework, with opportunities to advance within Crunch Fitness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other Crunch Choice).
• CPR/AED certification current.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by Crunch Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions to guide trainers toward goals.
• Coach trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Maintain leadership development coursework and director readiness requirements.
