White Cap in Maryland is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee as part of its Career Development Program, offering on-the-job training and leadership development over 12–18 months.

You will rotate through branch operations, learn systems, and gain exposure to senior leadership while working to build a long-term career.

This role emphasizes teamwork, customer-focused solutions, and a pathway to future operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Experience leading or building a team and strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Participates in rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
