You will rotate through segments of the branch, receive dedicated mentorship, and complete a tailored curriculum designed to develop future operations leaders with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate after program completion.
• Program should start between March and June.
• Energetic, professional and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong focus on operations and value-added solutions for customers.
• Experience leading or building a team and partnering with customers.
• Strong communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in on-the-job training and leadership development across warehouse, customer service, and management.
• Participate in a rotational program with assignments across branch operations.
• Receive resources and mentorship to support a long-term career at White Cap.
• Complete a tailored curriculum including leadership, operations, and systems training.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership to showcase learning.
