Job summary

QXO is seeking high-potential graduates for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to fast-track future branch and operations leaders.

Applicants should have a business, industrial distribution, or construction management background, or relevant industry experience, and a strong interest in building a long-term career in distribution, operations, or leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related field OR 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end using data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders to shape business decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to advance initiatives in forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
• Serve as a community engagement ambassador and strengthen partnerships with local associations.
• Champion and lead technology advancement and process improvements aligned with corporate initiatives.
