Participants rotate through Supplier Partnerships, Manufacturing, and Program & Strategy, gaining broad exposure with increasing responsibility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality or Business.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits.
• Internship/Co-Op or project experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Three one-year rotations across multiple operational areas with increasing responsibility.
• Pursue a Master’s Degree during the program with tuition assistance.
• Relocate during rotations to major locations as required.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership development activities.
