White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee in Nashville for a 12–18 month Career Development Program. You will engage in on‑job training, job shadowing, and leadership development while rotating through branch operations and customer service.

The program develops future leaders with mentorship, operations and systems training, and exposure to senior leadership. Relocation is required upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12–18 month Career Development Program with on‑the‑job training

• Learn warehouse fundamentals and customer service processes
• Receive mentorship and regional guidance throughout the program
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership
