White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in Nashville, TN. The Career Development Program features on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development to accelerate your career through a 12–18 month program.

During the program you will learn warehouse operations, customer service, and management, with dedicated mentors and a tailored curriculum designed to grow future leaders. Join a stable company that values growth, inclusion, and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Experience leading or building a team and strong communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Receive an inclusive career experience with resources for long-term career path.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development, operations training, and systems training.
• Benefit from a robust support system with mentors and process coaches to optimize training.
• Interact with Senior Leadership throughout the program.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership.
