Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coach and develop team members
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa's overall performance
• Take the lead in marketing and community outreach
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Preference for 3-5 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position.
• Experience in guest relations and management is necessary.
• Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.

Compensation

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
