Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Facility Condition Assessments to lead FCA programs and oversee technical teams. The role requirements include strong leadership, analytical abilities, and expertise with FCA tools, CMMS platforms, and reporting.

The position offers full-time remote work in the US, with travel up to 50% to CONUS/OCONUS sites. A ABET-accredited engineering or construction management degree and 10+ years in Real Property systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering or construction management program.
• 10+ years of technical experience with Real Property Systems and facility components.
• 5+ years leading Facility Condition Assessment programs.
• Preferred certifications: PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP, CPC.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple FCA contracts and ensure all work aligns with contract scope.
• Lead and supervise teams conducting visual assessments of real property to evaluate operating efficiency, capacity, and remaining life expectancy.
• Serve as Site Lead, providing oversight, mentorship, and quality control for junior assessors.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations (up to 50%) to perform field assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).
• Develop, validate, and update assessment work plans aligned with CMMS–Facilities Management systems.
• Generate and review detailed facility condition reports, including maintenance and sustainment recommendations.
• Act as a technical liaison for FCA platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to program standards.
• Support leadership and clients with infrastructure investment planning and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with proposal, marketing, and cross-functional teams to provide technical input for business development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, industry, and company regulations and standards.

Position Overview

GoldenWolf is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) to lead facility assessment programs, oversee technical teams, and ensure accurate and actionable facility condition reporting. This role serves as a key technical expert, site lead, and quality assurance authority for FCA projects across a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).

You will coordinate with installation facilities departments, manage assessment platforms, and deliver engineering-based recommendations that support short- and long-term infrastructure investment strategies.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to mentor junior assessors.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating infrastructure conditions.
• Ability to manage and interpret complex datasets to produce actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report development and client presentations.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility condition assessment software.

QualificationsPreferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering or construction management program.
• 10+ years of technical experience with Real Property Systems and facility components.
• 5+ years leading Facility Condition Assessment programs.
• Preferred certifications: PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP, CPC.
• Demonstrated experience producing engineering-based recommendations and comprehensive reports.
• Experience with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) procedures.
