Module X Solutions is seeking a Casting - Technical Lead who will bridge frontline work with supervision, providing strong technical leadership and hands-on guidance in a manufacturing setting. You will train staff, resolve production issues, and ensure adherence to specifications and procedures.
The ideal candidate has extensive concrete finishing experience, can lead finishers, and coordinates workflow while maintaining safety and quality standards across the team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Lead is a hands-on working lead. This role bridges the gap between frontline execution and departmental supervision, offering strong technical expertise, day-to-day leadership, and task coordination within their assigned area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the tools, equipment, and processes of their department, and capable of training others, resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and company procedures.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.
