You will prepare surfaces, apply primers and finishes, and help estimate material usage for work orders. Candidates should be comfortable on ladders or scaffolding, able to mix colors, and follow work orders closely in a fast-paced shop environment.

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Initial training will be conducted on day shift for approximately 1–2 weeks from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Upon transition to second shift, a $2.00/hour shift differential will be added to the base hourly rate.
Painting equipment, buildings, and other structural surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
Work Experience: 1+ years of experience with painting in a manufacturing environment
Education: Highschool diploma/ GED or equivalent
While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.
