Job summary

Module X Solutions, a growing Shreveport-based modular manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support pulling, receiving, inspecting, sorting, and shipping materials for jobs. You will assist production with material requests, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep a clean, safe warehouse.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, reporting safety issues, documenting movements, and operating forklift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience or related field.
  • Proficiency in basic computer/applications is helpful.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, pack, wrap, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
  • Record inventory movements and maintain accurate warehouse records.

  • Operate forklift and related equipment safely when required.
  • Assist with receiving and materials preparation for jobs.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for pulling, receiving, inspecting, sorting, preparing, and shipping various products and materials for upcoming jobs, assisting production with material requests, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load and unload products and materials from delivery trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or by forklift
  • Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to manager immediately
  • Double checks all loads for accuracy and ensuring they are thoroughly inspected
  • Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per company procedures
  • Receive materials and/or prepare materials for shipment
  • Record information regarding movement of supplies, materials, and finished products
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory, assist with inventory control
  • Issue and deliver materials to production floor
  • Maintain clean and efficient workspace and warehouse
  • Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work areas by using forklift, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks
  • Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience

Education: High school diploma/ GED or equivalent

Related Experience:

  • General office administration
  • Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; keep up in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong negotiation techniques
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • General knowledge of hardware
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
