Job summary

Aireko Services & Installation is seeking a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to plan, manage, and coordinate maintenance for assigned buildings. Lead a service team to keep facilities in top condition, on time, and within budget while exceeding customer expectations.

The role includes supervising HVAC, electrical, and maintenance staff, developing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance across all site operations. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in facilities/maintenance planning and supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
  • Decision making and problem solving oriented.
  • Experience with computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
  • Ability to work under pressure for long periods.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety; OSHA 30 HRS a plus.

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities and Utilities Supervisor takes an active role and assist in planning, managing, coordinating, and executing utilities and facilities services and repair and maintenance activities on assigned buildings. Assist in leading the service team to produce services required to keep building in shape and under budget, exceeding customer expectations consistently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the building maintenance of all utilities and facilities; develop and implement preventive maintenance program for all utilities and facility services under direct supervision of Utilities and Facilities Manager
  • Assist Utilities and Facilities Manager in planning and scheduling contracted maintenance and repairs
  • Supervise HVAC Techs, Electricians, Mechanics, and Handyman daily activities and 24/7 operation to achieve maximum production while prioritizing customer request
  • Perform periodic walk thru inspections to all building utilities and facilities in order to observe property and equipment conditions and initiate repairs as needed
  • Prepare job estimates and quotations for additional works not included in contracted scope of work as requested
  • Schedules maintenance, repairs, and other services with minimal impact on customer operations
  • Prepare reports as requested by Utilities and Facilities Manager or Customer
  • Keep a detailed documented log of all maintenance and repair services provided to each equipment and systems.
  • Assure that operational process are performed aligned with main office: Estimates, Proposals, Booking Packages, Work Orders, Service Reports, Invoices, and Payroll.
  • Promote and assist managing with ASI Safety Officer a culture to achieve Zero Accident service department. “Promotes Total Compliance” culture among employees. Assure on time reporting and investigation of Near Misses, Incidents, and Accidents as per ASI’s safety policy.
  • Promote CARE program and customers Total Satisfaction thru excellence service and follow up.
  • Promote ASI’s uniform code for service technicians and employees.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and service team
  • In charge of performing employee evaluations, at least once a year.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least of Five (5) of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related degree preferred.
  • Decision making and problem solving oriented.
  • Experience in computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
  • Ability to work under pressure and for long periods.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English, oral and written)
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation (OSHA 30 HRS is a plus).
