Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Larry Snider – State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
• Compensation range: $24,000 to $55,000

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• People-oriented, self‑motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, dedicated to customer service.
• Able to learn computer functions, pride in getting work done accurately and timely.

• Property and Casualty license (must obtain).
