Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• 8+ years of consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, organizational psychology, or related field
• Experience leading workforce strategy or workforce analytics engagements

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic workforce planning and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Develop workforce analytics and predictive models that support business decision-making.
• Conduct workforce, labor market, and pay equity analyses.
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leaders.
• Partner with clients to design workforce solutions that improve organizational performance.
