Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, or org psychology
• Master's or PhD in economics, I/O psychology, statistics, data science, or related quantitative field
• Proven experience in pay equity, strategic workforce planning, or labor market analysis
• Strong skills in regression, causal inference, time series, clustering, predictive modeling
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau
• Excellent storytelling, client communication, and project leadership
