Qualifications

• Prior work experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or similar field; co-op/internship considered.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences and formal training.
• Understand teamwork and how each role impacts operations.
• Participate in classroom learning to gain industry knowledge and build relationships with leadership.
• Perform various positions and shifts to gain hands-on experience.
