Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. invites you to join its Leadership Development Program (LDP), an accelerated six-month training track combining classroom learning and hands-on operations at the nearest Pyle terminal.

You will explore freight handling, LTL shipping, and corporate engagement as you rotate through dock shifts and truck rides. Upon completion, you’ll be placed within the Pyle network and prepared for a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• Degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training
• Understanding “teamwork” – learning how all team members and roles impacts the operation
• Participating in classroom style learning to develop industry and company knowledge, and develop professional relationships with high level leadership
• Performing several different positions and working on various shifts to gain hands on experience
