A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an accelerated six-month training initiative designed to prepare and develop future leaders. You will learn operations, project implementation, brokerage, finance and other areas of our business while building a strong understanding of the transportation industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or similar field preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Shadow leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training.
• Understanding teamwork – learning how all team members and roles impact the operation.
• Participating in classroom learning to develop industry and company knowledge, and develop professional relationships with high level leadership.
• Performing several different positions and working on various shifts to gain hands-on experience.
